3 Tips on How to Have Fun and Stay Sober over the Holidays

Hello friends! So you're sober curious, newly sober, or maybe you've promised yourself that this year you're spending the holidays alcohol-free and let me start by saying, GO YOU! What an amazing, healthy, beautiful decision. Second, I know this can be a stressful time of year to commit to such a big decision, but friend... it is TOTALLY doable.
In today's episode, I'm going to give you 3 tips on how to not only stay sober over the holidays, but to have FUN. Choosing to be alcohol-free isn't boring, in fact, I think it's way more fun.
So grab a paper and pen, fill up that coffee cup, and get ready to jot down some helpful tips that will set you up for a glorious holiday free of alcohol.
