Today it’s just me and YOU. When I contemplated what topic I wanted to chat with you about this week, it only seemed fitting to talk about my departure from social media and my big decision simplify my life. My hope is that by listening to this episode you may not only relate to some of what I’m going through, but relate to my thoughts and feelings regarding social media, and also might be inspired to make healthy changes in your own life as well.
I'll touch on how I felt when I took my break from social media earlier this year, how social media impacts my mental health, and also how similar my feelings towards social media are to my feelings about alcohol in the beginning of my journey.
