This episode is going to be a little different; there’s no guest, it's just me, the mic, and what I believe to be some really helpful information. Today we're going to chat about journaling. We'll cover the three big questions: what, why and how. WHAT is journaling? WHY should we do it (more importantly, why is it especially beneficial in recovery)? And lastly, HOW exactly do we journal? I'll break it down as simple as I can and also, provide you with a ton of journal prompts. This is one of those episodes you may want to save, as there are a lot of prompts that you could potentially revisit and write about at different times throughout your journey.
