In this weeks episode, I'm interviewing Kathryn Sabella. Kathryn has been living an alcohol-free life since September 26, 2019. She holds a PhD in sociology and is a mental health services researcher with the goal of improving outcomes for young adults with serious mental health challenges. She is mom to two young girls and co-parents with her ex-husband in the Boston area. Kathryn is active in several sobriety support forums, a regular host in Sober Mom Squad, and passionate about helping women in recovery live their most authentic and joyful lives.
You guys are gonna love this chat. Kathryn hits on a couple subjects that we haven't talked about on this show yet, one of which is divorce in recovery. I so appreciated her vulnerability, honesty, and am really looking forward to hearing what you guys think. Enjoy our chat!
