It's that time of year again when we start setting our goals and intentions for the New Year. Unfortunately, a lot of times we set our goals and they aren't SMART goals, meaning we start out strong, only to fail and give up a few weeks in. Why does this happen? Why can't we stick to our plan? Because we aren't setting SMART goals.
In today's episode, I'm going to break down the acronym 'SMART' and teach you how to set effective goals for the New Year. If your goal is to complete Dry January or even stay alcohol-free for longer, this episode will be incredibly helpful.
